"This old woman is described as one of the last of her bad types. She used to be a tramp and a tinker, alcoholic, smokes a clay pipe; used to serve sentences for rowdiness and fighting. She and her family used to live in a condemned house but have improved very much since being moved into decent accommodation. All her children were born in the workhous. Used to be a meth drinker."
